Job Description

• Manage a variety of real estate and title litigation cases, handling them from start to finish independently
• Oversee all aspects of discovery, including site inspections, depositions, and expert engagement
• Take charge of court appearances, depositions, and hearings without constant supervision
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet client and firm objectives
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on case progress

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or title law
• Active membership in the California Bar
• Demonstrated litigation skills, including case management and courtroom practice
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
