• Manage real estate and title litigation cases from start to finish with limited supervision
• Oversee various aspects of litigation, including discovery processes, site inspections, depositions, and expert retention
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve client and firm objectives
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on case progress

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate and title matters
• Active admission to the California Bar
• Familiarity with litigation procedures, including case management and courtroom experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
