Job Description

• Provide support and treatment (within the scope of license) for individuals at school athletic functions and within rehabilitation facilities as needed.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with the team or treating physician regarding athletes' injuries and treatment as needed.
• Understand and perform proper evaluation and assessment of injured athletes, including underlying trauma.
• Treat athletes within the scope of the NATA board of certification license.
• Demonstrate proper taping, strapping, bracing, and fitting of athletic equipment.
• Carry out all prescribed treatments and recommendations by the team/event physician.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have current NATA certification and a current Ohio Athletic Training license.
