Job Description

• Handle a caseload from start to finish.
• Participate in all aspects of investigation and legal processes.
• Represent clients in various legal proceedings.
• Manage cases proactively, including regular reviews and timely settlements.
• Process client intakes efficiently.
• Supervise and guide assigned staff members for cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and current California State Bar license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Workers’ Compensation or Social Security Disability law.
• Preference for experience on the applicant side in workers' compensation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and decision-making.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is beneficial.
