Audit Manager / Staff Auditor

Job Description
- Manage and oversee financial audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse range of clients, including for-profit, nonprofit, and government organizations.
- Lead engagement teams, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of work.
- Review and prepare financial statements, compliance reports, and client documentation.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional service offerings.
- Stay up-to-date on evolving audit and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
- Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional development.
Qualifications
- Hold an active CPA license (CPA-eligible for Staff Auditors).
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of external audit experience in public accounting.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS (GAS experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/audit software.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple engagements and meet client expectations.
