Job Description

• Take charge of leading and overseeing financial audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client portfolio, including for-profit, nonprofit, and government organizations.
• Supervise and provide guidance to engagement teams, ensuring projects are completed within designated timelines and budgets.
• Review and prepare financial statements, compliance reports, and client documentation.
• Nurture strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to offer additional services.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving audit and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
• Mentor and provide training to junior team members, supporting their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Hold an active CPA license (or be CPA-eligible for Staff Auditors).
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of external audit experience in public accounting.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS (GAS experience is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/audit software.
• Capable of managing multiple engagements and effectively meeting client expectations.
