Auto Dealership Digital Sales Manager

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's Port Charlotte, FL location.

Note: Salary for this role is approximately $45k. With commissions, earnings are approximately $80k.

Job Description:

  • Lead a digital sales team, maximizing conversion rates by promptly managing and responding to online sales inquiries.
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies to boost the dealership's online presence and generate increased traffic.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of internet leads to in-store sales processes for a cohesive customer experience.
  • Engage with customers through various digital channels, including live chat, email, phone, and social media, to provide personalized assistance.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM systems for effective follow-up and relationship management.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews and customer feedback to uphold and enhance the dealership's positive brand image.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corresponding strategies.
  • Train sales staff on best practices for handling internet leads and maximizing the utilization of CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in automotive internet sales or digital marketing within a dealership environment.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and digital advertising platforms to drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing for effective online marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with automotive inventory management and pricing strategies.
  • While a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, it is not required.
