Job Description:

• Efficiently manage and promptly respond to online sales inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
• Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies to improve online presence and generate website traffic.
• Ensure a seamless transition of internet leads to in-store sales processes.
• Engage with customers through various digital channels, including live chat, email, phone, and social media platforms.
• Accurately maintain customer interaction records using CRM systems.
• Maintain a positive brand image by monitoring and managing online reviews and customer feedback.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
• Provide training to sales staff on best practices for handling internet leads and utilizing CRM tools effectively.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in automotive internet sales or digital marketing within a dealership setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and digital advertising platforms.
• In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of automotive inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
