Job Description

• Provide representation for clients involved in business bankruptcy and creditors' rights litigation.
• Handle all aspects of cases in state and federal court, including pre-trial preparations, negotiations, client interactions, court appearances, motions, discovery (including depositions), mediations, and trials.
• Oversee complex commercial litigation cases related to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and offer strategic counsel to clients.
• Advocate for clients in trial and non-trial settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business bankruptcy litigation.
• Proficiency in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation along with handling complex commercial litigation cases.
• Solid drafting, writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and see them through to resolution, including trial.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Excellent judgment, leadership abilities, and capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong client-facing skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
