Job Description:
- Responsible for managing litigation files from initial intake to resolution
- Review, organize, and summarize legal and medical documents
- Engage in communication with clients, witnesses, and external parties
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and court filings
- Support trial preparation and track important deadlines
- Maintain attorney calendars and court schedules
- Perform both administrative and legal support tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing litigation cases within a law firm
- Strong communication, organization, and case management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Capable of meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities
- Previous experience with medical injury or product liability cases is advantageous
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
