Job Description

• Oversee a caseload of workers' compensation cases, ensuring efficient progress and resolution.
• Act as the main contact for clients, providing regular updates and information throughout the case proceedings.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to gather necessary paperwork.
• Maintain and organize case files accurately, in compliance with deadlines.
• Support attorneys in case preparation, such as scheduling hearings and drafting legal documents.
• Compose correspondence and legal paperwork as instructed by attorneys.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling workers' compensation cases from the plaintiff's side.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
