Job Description

• Take charge of a caseload of workers' compensation cases, prioritizing prompt progress and resolution.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, keeping them updated and well-informed throughout the case proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with medical providers, insurance companies, and other involved parties to gather essential documentation.
• Maintain and organize case files meticulously, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
• Support attorneys in case preparation, including the scheduling of hearings, depositions, and appointments.
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents as instructed by attorneys.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in workers' compensation on the applicant side.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
