Job Description
- Responsible for managing a caseload of workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and keeping them informed throughout the case process.
- Collaborate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to gather all necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Assist attorneys by scheduling hearings, depositions, and appointments, as well as preparing relevant case materials.
- Prepare correspondence and legal documents as instructed by attorneys.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in workers' compensation on the applicant side.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
