Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's Irvine, CA office.

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing a caseload of workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and keeping them informed throughout the case process.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to gather all necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Assist attorneys by scheduling hearings, depositions, and appointments, as well as preparing relevant case materials.
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents as instructed by attorneys.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in workers' compensation on the applicant side.
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
