Job Description

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in providing occupational therapy treatments
• Aid patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence in daily activities
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
• Modify and follow treatment plans as directed
• Maintain accurate records of patient sessions
• Supervise support staff and therapy technicians
• Engage with patients of diverse ages and backgrounds
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Hold an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Wyoming or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
