Job Description
- Provide therapeutic counseling to individuals facing chemical dependency challenges, employing a holistic approach.
- Educate patients and their families about the nature of chemical dependency as a disease.
- Facilitate group discussions, conduct one-on-one sessions, and delegate group activities for Mental Health Technicians.
- Evaluate patient needs and suggest appropriate group interventions.
- Record daily billing charges/sheets.
- Use historical and current data to assess patient needs and deliver effective counseling.
- Offer crisis intervention services to individuals and groups, as well as conduct family clinical interventions.
- Function as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator.
Qualifications
- Must possess a license from the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
- LSW or LPC certification is mandatory.
- Current accreditation by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as an LCDC II, III, or LICDC (Higher than CDCA).

Hours and Compensation Potential:
- This is a full-time day shift position with occasional evening group coverage. Hours may vary between 32 and 40 hours per week.
- Salary ranges from $22.13/hr to $30.46/hr depending on experience.
