Job Description:

• Oversee radiation therapy operations and perform administrative duties as assigned by department leadership.
• Update and maintain radiation policies and procedures.
• Educate staff on protocol adherence and state regulatory requirements.
• Ensure quality checks and equipment maintenance are completed regularly.
• Lead radiation therapy Quality Assurance and Improvement meetings.
• Assist with staff training, competencies, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicist on quality and safety measures.
• Stay current on radiation oncology billing procedures and assist with audits.
• Thorough understanding of therapy equipment, including linear accelerators and patient information systems.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy Training Program.
• Licensure from ARRT (T) and the Ohio Department of Health.
• 3-5 years of radiation therapy experience with training in simulation and planning.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• BLS certification required.
