Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our client's team. The successful candidate will possess excellent litigation capabilities and the capacity to handle cases independently while fostering collaboration with other attorneys.

• Manage civil litigation cases from start to finish, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Produce precise and coherent pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and offer strategic guidance in case strategy.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Engage directly with clients, ensuring their continuous involvement and awareness in their cases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Proven experience in handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Current license to practice law in Ohio with good standing.
