Construction Project Engineer / Project Manager / Superintendent

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the XYZ office.

Job Description:

  • Take charge of overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Analyze and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Create and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs) as needed.
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids and prepare comprehensive scope outlines.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings involving supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants.
  • Maintain professional communication through emails and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, preferably within the Santa Barbara area.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant software.
  • Showcase strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability and willingness to be on-site daily and engage in hands-on project management.
