Construction Project Engineer / Project Manager / Superintendent

Job Description:
- Take charge of overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Analyze and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Create and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs) as needed.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and prepare comprehensive scope outlines.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings involving supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants.
- Maintain professional communication through emails and reports.
Qualifications:
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, preferably within the Santa Barbara area.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant software.
- Showcase strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability and willingness to be on-site daily and engage in hands-on project management.
