Construction Project Scheduler
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's Raleigh, NC office.

Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and revise project schedules utilizing Critical Path Method (CPM) methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with the preconstruction, project management, and superintendent teams to strategize key activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular meetings to update schedules, track project progress, and integrate new information.
- Create loaded schedules inclusive of costs and resources to monitor project timelines and dependencies accurately.
- Coordinate material deliveries with installation schedules in close partnership with project teams.
- Supervise pull planning sessions to ensure projects stay on track.
- Analyze the impact of design changes and delays on schedules, providing timely updates to leadership.
- Generate comprehensive reports and statistical updates to keep project stakeholders informed.
- Visit project sites as required to evaluate progress and participate in crucial meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in overseeing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in scheduling with expertise in critical path management.
- Extensive experience using Primavera P6 for scheduling purposes (minimum 3 years).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of CPM scheduling and familiarity with contemporary construction scheduling concepts.
- Advanced understanding of construction technology, standards, and codes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving project control challenges.
