Job Description:

• Draft and review Estate Planning documents to provide asset protection and facilitate efficient transfers.
• Prepare and analyze entity formation documents for LLCs, Corporations, LPs, etc.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts that align with clients' legal and business needs.
• Serve as general counsel to business owners, offering strategic advice and legal guidance on various matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence and provide strategic counsel to clients for navigating complex transactions and planning.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the bar with the ability to practice law.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in legal practice, focusing on estate planning and business transactions.
• Show strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrate excellent research and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Be proficient in legal administrative tasks, including document management and organization.
• Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
