Job Description
- Lead our client's attorney recruitment efforts, managing both lateral hires and summer associate programs.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance our client's recruiting brand and improve market presence.
- Oversee the seamless onboarding and integration process for new attorneys.
- Develop and manage professional development programs to support attorney growth.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to assess hiring needs and establish long-term talent strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with law schools, legal recruiters, and industry professionals.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal regulations in all recruiting processes.
- Supervise and provide professional development opportunities for recruitment support staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in attorney recruiting or professional development, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Bachelor's degree required; certification in recruitment, retention, or professional development is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to devise and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, legal recruiting software, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Adept at working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
