Job Description

  • Lead our client's attorney recruitment efforts, managing both lateral hires and summer associate programs.
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance our client's recruiting brand and improve market presence.
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding and integration process for new attorneys.
  • Develop and manage professional development programs to support attorney growth.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to assess hiring needs and establish long-term talent strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with law schools, legal recruiters, and industry professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal regulations in all recruiting processes.
  • Supervise and provide professional development opportunities for recruitment support staff.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in attorney recruiting or professional development, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Bachelor's degree required; certification in recruitment, retention, or professional development is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to devise and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, legal recruiting software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Adept at working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
