Job Description
- Spearhead the firm's attorney recruitment initiatives, including lateral hires and summer associate programs.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance the firm's recruiting brand and market presence.
- Oversee the seamless onboarding and integration of new attorneys.
- Develop and manage professional development programs to support attorney growth.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to evaluate hiring needs and long-term talent strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with law schools, legal recruiters, and industry professionals.
- Ensure strict compliance with firm policies and legal regulations in all recruitment efforts.
- Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, diversity initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Supervise and provide professional development opportunities for recruitment support staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in attorney recruitment or professional development, preferably within a law firm setting.
- Bachelor's degree required; certification in recruitment, retention, or professional development is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, legal recruiting software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively.
