Job Description
- Direct and oversee our client's attorney recruitment efforts, including lateral hires and summer associate programs.
- Create and execute strategies to enhance our client's recruitment brand and market presence.
- Manage the attorney onboarding and integration process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and implement professional development programs to support attorney growth.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to evaluate hiring needs and long-term talent strategies.
- Maintain relationships with law schools, legal recruiters, and industry professionals.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal regulations in all recruitment activities.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, diversity initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Supervise the recruitment support staff and provide opportunities for professional development.
- 10+ years of experience in attorney recruitment or professional development, preferably in a law firm.
- Bachelor's degree required; certification in recruitment, retention, or professional development is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to devise and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, legal recruiting software, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with effective project management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative fast-paced environments.
