Job Description

• Join our dynamic Trial and Litigation Practice Group, specifically focusing on eminent domain cases.
• Involve yourself in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
• Represent our public and private clients in the acquisition of land for large-scale infrastructure projects such as transit systems and stadiums.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and formulate trial strategies.
• Participate actively in depositions, witness interviews, and evidence collection.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-7 years of litigation experience (preferably in eminent domain or real estate/real property).
• Demonstrated ability in research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in law and motion practice, including handling dispositive motions.
• Capability to construct a strong case for trial, including managing discovery, depositions, and witness interviews.
• Active license to practice law in California.
