Eminent Domain Associate Attorney

Job Description
- Join our dynamic Trial and Litigation Practice Group, specifically focusing on eminent domain cases.
- Involve yourself in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
- Represent our public and private clients in the acquisition of land for large-scale infrastructure projects such as transit systems and stadiums.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and formulate trial strategies.
- Participate actively in depositions, witness interviews, and evidence collection.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-7 years of litigation experience (preferably in eminent domain or real estate/real property).
- Demonstrated ability in research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in law and motion practice, including handling dispositive motions.
- Capability to construct a strong case for trial, including managing discovery, depositions, and witness interviews.
- Active license to practice law in California.
