Job Description

• Join a dedicated team focusing on eminent domain cases within the firm.
• Handle all aspects of litigation including filings, discovery, trials, and appeals.
• Work with both public and private clients on land acquisition for major projects like transportation systems and sports arenas.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and strategize for trials.
• Participate in depositions, interviews, and evidence collection.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in eminent domain or real estate.
• Demonstrated strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven expertise in law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
• Ability to prepare a case for trial through discovery, depositions, and interviews.
• Active California law license is required.
