Job Description
- Join a dedicated team focusing on eminent domain cases within the firm.
- Handle all aspects of litigation including filings, discovery, trials, and appeals.
- Work with both public and private clients on land acquisition for major projects like transportation systems and sports arenas.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and strategize for trials.
- Participate in depositions, interviews, and evidence collection.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in eminent domain or real estate.
- Demonstrated strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven expertise in law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
- Ability to prepare a case for trial through discovery, depositions, and interviews.
- Active California law license is required.
