Job Description

  • Join our dynamic Trial and Litigation Practice Group, focusing on eminent domain cases.
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
  • Represent our clients, both public and private entities, in land acquisition for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and develop effective trial strategies.
  • Participate in depositions, witness interviews, and gathering of evidence.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in eminent domain or real estate/real property.
  • Demonstrated strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
  • Ability to build a strong case for trial, including conducting discovery, depositions, and witness interviews.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in California.
