Eminent Domain Associate Attorney
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the XYZ office.

Job Description
- Join our client's dynamic Trial and Litigation Practice Group, specializing in eminent domain cases.
- Take part in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, handling motion practice, representing clients in trial, and managing appeals.
- Serve as the legal representative for our client's public and private clients in land acquisition cases involving large-scale infrastructure projects such as transit systems and stadiums.
- Perform extensive legal research, prepare motions, and develop effective trial strategies.
- Participate in depositions, conduct interviews with witnesses, and collect evidence to strengthen legal arguments.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of litigation experience, with a preference for those with expertise in eminent domain or real estate/real property.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in law and motion practice, including handling dispositive motions.
- Ability to build persuasive cases for trial, including managing discovery, conducting depositions, and conducting witness interviews.
- Must be a licensed attorney in California.
