Our client specializes in Eminent Domain litigation and is involved in all aspects of the legal process, from initial filings to trial and appeal.

Job Description

  • Join a dynamic Trial and Litigation Practice Group, focusing on eminent domain cases.
  • Handle various stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
  • Represent both public and private clients in large-scale land acquisition for infrastructure projects such as transit systems and stadiums.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and develop effective trial strategies.
  • Participate in depositions, witness interviews, and evidence gathering.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of litigation experience (preference for experience in eminent domain or real estate/real property).
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven expertise in law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
  • Ability to build a strong case for trial, including conducting discovery, depositions, and witness interviews.
  • Active California Bar license.
