Job Description

• Handle employer representation in labor law cases, including litigation and advisory work
• Manage a range of employment-related cases, such as workplace disputes, compliance, and lawsuits
• Offer strategic counsel to corporate clients regarding employment law matters
• Collaborate closely with a team of experienced attorneys to develop defense strategies

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in employment law with a focus on employer-side representation
• Active California Bar license
• Specific experience in California labor law is required
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
