Job Description

  • Join our client's team as a Junior Family Law Associate Attorney.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various family law matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and represent clients in court hearings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently manage and resolve cases.

Responsibilities

  • Offer expert legal counsel and guidance in family law areas including divorce, custody, support, and property division.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare compelling arguments.
  • Advocate effectively for clients in court hearings, trials, and negotiations.
  • Maintain professional and confidential communication with clients.
  • Stay updated on family law developments to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Be admitted to the Arizona state bar and in good standing.
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in family law, preferably with a focus on complex cases (3+ years of experience is preferred).
  • Have strong courtroom experience and sound knowledge of family law principles.
  • Demonstrate exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Be able to manage high caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
