Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and representation in a variety of family law cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and advocate for clients in court and negotiation settings.
  • Collaborate with team members for efficient case management and resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Offer expert legal advice in divorce, custody, and property division matters.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare compelling arguments.
  • Participate in court hearings, trials, and negotiations to advocate on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain professional and confidential communication with clients.
  • Stay informed about family law changes to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in the Arizona state bar and good standing.
  • 1+ years of experience in family law, with a focus on complex cases. 3+ years experience preferred.
  • Strong courtroom experience and knowledge of family law principles are advantageous.
  • Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to handle high caseloads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
