Our client is an experienced family law firm in Phoenix, AZ that offers compassionate services to their clients. They are licensed Arizona attorneys who specialize in representing individuals in divorce proceedings. With over 15 years of experience, our client is known for providing steady and compassionate guidance in sensitive family law matters, including divorce, paternity, child custody disputes, legal separation, and domestic violence orders.

Job Description
  • Offer legal counsel and representation in various family law matters to clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary documents.
  • Advocate for clients in court hearings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently manage and resolve cases.
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal counsel in family law areas, such as divorce, custody, support, and property division.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare compelling legal arguments.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations to effectively advocate for clients.
  • Maintain professional and confidential communication with clients.
  • Stay updated on family law developments to provide accurate advice.
Qualifications
  • Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arizona state bar and good standing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law, with a focus on complex cases (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong courtroom experience and in-depth knowledge of family law principles (preferred).
  • Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to handle high caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
