Job Description

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy cocktail bar and dinner service
• Inspire and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Implement strategic and analytical approaches to manage labor and beverage costs
• Maintain high service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Coordinate effectively across departments, particularly during peak hours
• Manage restaurant schedule and closures 3-4 nights per week from Wednesday to Sunday
• Conduct performance evaluations, ensure compliance, and enforce quality control
• Work closely with ownership and collaborate with corporate support

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a General Manager in a high-volume bar or cocktail-focused venue
• Strong background in craft cocktails and beverage management
• Deep understanding of labor reports, P&L, and cost control
• Demonstrated hands-on leadership style with a team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working late hours, particularly on weekends (venue open until 2–3am)
• Exemplify professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for nightlife culture
