Job Description

• Currently seeking experienced Legal Assistants for insurance defense litigation roles based in Tampa, Florida.
• Responsible for managing case files throughout the legal process, including drafting documents, organizing discovery, and supporting attorneys during court hearings.
• Preference for candidates with a background in insurance defense cases, particularly in a construction-related context.
• Work closely with legal teams and clients to ensure smooth progress of cases.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong preference for those with exposure to construction defect cases.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software is essential.
