Job Description

• Currently seeking skilled Legal Assistants specialized in Insurance Defense Litigation for on-site roles in Tampa, Florida.
• Take full ownership of case files throughout the entire litigation process, including drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery efforts, and providing support to attorneys during court proceedings.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in insurance defense cases related to construction.
• Closely collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure smooth and efficient progression of cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in insurance defense litigation.
• Prior exposure to construction defect cases is highly desirable.
• Proficient in legal research and familiar with case management software.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
