Job Description

• We are looking for skilled Insurance Defense Paralegals to join our client's team in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida.
• Responsibilities include managing case files from start to finish, drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, and supporting attorneys during court proceedings.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in insurance defense cases related to construction.
• Close collaboration with attorneys and clients to ensure smooth case progression is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working as a paralegal in insurance defense litigation.
• Previous experience with construction defect cases is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
