Job Description

• Looking for experienced Legal Assistants with a background in insurance defense litigation to join our client's on-site team in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
• Responsible for managing case files throughout the entire legal process, including drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, and providing support during court proceedings.
• Preferred candidates will have previous experience in insurance defense cases related to construction.
• Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure smooth case progression and efficient communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in insurance defense litigation.
• Prior experience with construction defect cases is highly desirable.
• Proficient in legal research and case management software.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
