Job Description

• Our client is seeking experienced Legal Assistants specializing in Insurance Defense Litigation for on-site positions in Tampa, FL.
• Responsibilities include managing case files throughout the entire legal process, including drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, and providing support during court proceedings.
• Ideal candidates will possess expertise in insurance defense cases related to construction.
• Collaboration with attorneys and clients is essential to ensure the smooth progression of cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in insurance defense litigation.
• Prior experience with construction defect cases is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary.
