Labor & Employment Attorney
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at one of our client’s offices in Syracuse, Rochester, or Binghamton, NY.
**Relocation to a commutable distance from one of the offices is mandatory.**

Job Description
- Offer legal counsel on workplace relations law, labor negotiations, and employment-related issues
- Advise clients on state and federal regulations, company policies, and legal liabilities
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, administrative hearings, and arbitration cases
- Provide training and direction on labor and employment practices
- Draft employment contracts, conduct investigations, and negotiate labor agreements
Qualifications
- New York law license holder
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace relations law
- Proficient in legal research and writing
- Ability to establish client rapport and communicate effectively
