Job Description

• Offer legal counsel on workplace relations law, labor negotiations, and employment-related issues
• Advise clients on state and federal regulations, company policies, and legal liabilities
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, administrative hearings, and arbitration cases
• Provide training and direction on labor and employment practices
• Draft employment contracts, conduct investigations, and negotiate labor agreements

Qualifications

• New York law license holder
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace relations law
• Proficient in legal research and writing
• Ability to establish client rapport and communicate effectively
