Job Description
- Prepare and submit probate documents and court filings
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other stakeholders
- Manage case deadlines and maintain meticulous records
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with probate cases
- Schedule meetings, court appearances, and client interactions
- Support client intake processes and input case data
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of probate experience in Florida
- Familiarity with probate procedures and court systems in the state
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work full-time in the Ormond Beach area
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
