Job Description

  • Prepare and submit probate documents and court filings
  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other stakeholders
  • Manage case deadlines and maintain meticulous records
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with probate cases
  • Schedule meetings, court appearances, and client interactions
  • Support client intake processes and input case data

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of probate experience in Florida
  • Familiarity with probate procedures and court systems in the state
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work full-time in the Ormond Beach area
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
