Litigation Associate Attorney
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at either the Arlington, Austin, or Houston office.
Our client is hiring both mid-level and senior associates.
Bonuses: Typically range from an additional $20,000 to $30,000 on top of the salary listed in this ad.

Job Description:
- Collaborate with firm partners on all aspects of litigation management
- Conduct thorough document review and perform legal research
- Create drafts for pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and responses
- Participate in depositions and attend mediations
- Prepare for and actively engage in trials and arbitrations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation
- Texas law license
- Preferred, but not required: experience in construction, insurance defense, or real estate law
- Proficient in legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
