Job Description:

• Independently lead and oversee litigation cases
• Manage complex matters such as construction defect, product liability, and tort litigation
• Prepare for trials, conduct depositions, and represent in court
• Work closely with clients and team members for successful case outcomes
• Maintain a consistent case load without minimum billable hour requirements

Qualifications:

• Colorado law license holder
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, construction, personal injury, or general commercial law
• Must have trial and deposition experience
• Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
