Job Description

• Independently lead and manage a variety of litigation cases
• Take charge of complex matters, handling cases involving construction defects, product liability, and tort litigation
• Prepare for trials, conduct depositions, and represent clients in court
• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to successfully resolve cases
• Maintain a consistent case load without any minimum billable hour requirement

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, construction, personal injury, or general commercial litigation
• Demonstrated experience in trials and depositions is essential
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
