The firm's Trial & Litigation Practice Group is dedicated to managing cases from the beginning to the end, including trials and appeals in both state and federal courts.
Job Description
- Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial stages to trials and appeals.
- Work on intricate cases involving constitutional law, civil rights, and eminent domain.
- Contribute to litigation strategy, research, and drafting persuasive legal arguments.
- Supervise electronic discovery and law-related motions in state and federal courts.
- Collect evidence, interview witnesses, and conduct depositions.
- Focus on preparing solid cases for trial, especially in high-stakes litigation.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of litigation experience, with a preference for handling complex cases.
- Proven research and writing skills, demonstrating the ability to craft clear legal arguments.
- Experience in federal and state courts, including handling dispositive motions.
- Knowledge of electronic discovery and deposition practices.
- Experience in Eminent Domain or real estate law is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team setting.
