Job Description

• Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial stages to trials and appeals.
• Work on intricate cases involving constitutional law, civil rights, and eminent domain.
• Contribute to litigation strategy, research, and drafting persuasive legal arguments.
• Supervise electronic discovery and law-related motions in state and federal courts.
• Collect evidence, interview witnesses, and conduct depositions.
• Focus on preparing solid cases for trial, especially in high-stakes litigation.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, with a preference for handling complex cases.
• Proven research and writing skills, demonstrating the ability to craft clear legal arguments.
• Experience in federal and state courts, including handling dispositive motions.
• Knowledge of electronic discovery and deposition practices.
• Experience in Eminent Domain or real estate law is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team setting.
