The firm's Trial & Litigation Practice Group is responsible for managing cases from initial pleadings to trial and appeals in both state and federal courts.

Job Description

• Take charge of all aspects of litigation, including initial pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal.
• Handle complex cases involving constitutional law, civil rights, eminent domain, and other areas.
• Contribute to litigation strategy, conduct research, and draft persuasive legal arguments.
• Manage electronic discovery and handle law and motion practice in state and federal courts.
• Collect evidence, interview witnesses, and participate in depositions.
• Focus on building strong cases for trial, particularly in high-stakes and large-scale litigation.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, ideally with experience in managing complex cases.
• Strong research and writing skills, with a proven ability to draft clear legal arguments.
• Experience in federal and state courts, including handling dispositive motions.
• Familiarity with electronic discovery and deposition practice.
• While not required, experience in Eminent Domain or real estate law is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
