Job Description

• Independently lead and oversee litigation cases
• Manage complex matters, including construction defect, product liability, and tort litigation
• Prepare for trials, conduct depositions, and appear in court
• Work closely with clients and team members to achieve favorable outcomes
• Maintain a consistent case load without any minimum billable hour requirement

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed lawyer in Colorado
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense, construction, personal injury, or general commercial litigation
• Prior trial and deposition experience is essential
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently
