Job Description

• Manage a diverse range of litigation cases, including employment disputes, municipal law, and tax exemption matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions and briefs, and oversee discovery processes.
• Represent clients in court conferences, depositions, and hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, providing strategic legal support.
• Participate in client interactions, attending various meetings throughout the day and evening.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• At least 3 years of attorney experience required (more experience is a plus!)
• Minimum of 3 years of NJ litigation experience.
• Possess strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to handle cases independently while also being a team player.
