Litigation Associate Attorney
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's office in Roseland, NJ.

Job Description
- Manage a diverse range of litigation matters, such as municipal law, redevelopment, tax exemption, and labor and employment disputes.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft compelling motions and briefs, and oversee the discovery process.
- Represent clients in depositions, court conferences, and hearings.
- Provide strategic legal support by closely collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases.
- Engage in direct client interactions, including attending day and evening meetings.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active New Jersey law license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney. (More experienced candidates are welcome!)
- At least 3 years of experience in New Jersey litigation.
- Demonstrated skills in legal research, writing, and analytical reasoning.
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
- Ability to independently manage cases while also being a collaborative team player.
