Job Description

• Manage a diverse range of litigation matters, such as municipal law, redevelopment, tax exemption, and labor and employment disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft compelling motions and briefs, and oversee the discovery process.
• Represent clients in depositions, court conferences, and hearings.
• Provide strategic legal support by closely collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Engage in direct client interactions, including attending day and evening meetings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active New Jersey law license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney. (More experienced candidates are welcome!)
• At least 3 years of experience in New Jersey litigation.
• Demonstrated skills in legal research, writing, and analytical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to independently manage cases while also being a collaborative team player.
