Their Trial & Litigation Practice Group is responsible for managing cases from start to finish, including proceedings in state and federal courts.

Job Description

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including initial pleadings, discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
• Handle complex cases involving various areas of law such as constitutional law, civil rights, and eminent domain.
• Contribute to litigation strategy, perform legal research, and draft persuasive arguments.
• Oversee electronic discovery and represent clients in motion practice in state and federal courts.
• Collect evidence, interview witnesses, and conduct/defend depositions.
• Focus on building strong trial cases for high-stakes litigation.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, preferably with complex case management.
• Demonstrated research and writing skills, with the ability to articulate clear legal arguments.
• Experience in both federal and state courts, including handling dispositive motions.
• Familiarity with electronic discovery and deposition procedures.
• Background in Eminent Domain or real estate law is a bonus, but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
