Litigation Associate Attorney
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at either the Arlington, Austin, or Houston office.
- Our client is seeking skilled Litigation Associate Counsels to join their team
- Collaborate with firm partners on litigation management
- Conduct legal research and document review
- Draft various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and responses
- Participate in depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrations
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience
- Texas Bar License required
- Preferred experience in construction, insurance defense, or real estate law
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and negotiation
- Ability to handle multiple cases and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Access to paralegal and legal assistant support
- Enjoy a laid-back office environment with a 9-5 schedule
- Quarterly and end-of-year bonuses based on billable hours
