Job Description:

• Collaborate with senior partners on litigation management tasks
• Conduct legal research and document review
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions
• Attend depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrations
• Prepare thoroughly for legal proceedings

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Preferred experience in areas like construction, insurance defense, or real estate law
• Strong skills in research, writing, and negotiation
• Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
