Job Description

  • Manage employment law cases, specifically California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
  • Oversee cases from initiation to resolution, including crafting and responding to discovery, initiating pleadings, and filing motions
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team and independently handle time-sensitive projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation
  • Extensive background in wage and hour litigation, with a focus on class/collective actions
  • Admission to the California State Bar
  • Strong academic credentials, exceptional writing skills, and analytical acumen
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
