Job Description

  • Manage California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
  • Oversee all aspects of cases, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team and effectively handle fast-paced projects.
  • Benefit from mentorship provided by experienced partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in wage and hour litigation, including class and collective actions.
  • Active admission to practice law in the state of California.
  • Outstanding academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
