Job Description

• Manage California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
• Oversee all aspects of cases, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Work collaboratively within a team and independently on fast-paced projects.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
• In-depth expertise in wage and hour litigation, specifically class/collective actions.
• Must be admitted to practice law in California.
• Demonstrated excellence in academic achievements, strong writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
